Welcome to The Art of Vintage Cake Decoration, an introductory course in the delicate, dramatic, and delightfully over-piped world of vintage cakes. Throughout this class, students will explore the techniques, tools, and decorative traditions behind the ornate buttercream cakes we know and love today.

By the conclusion of the course, each student will have completed their own vintage-inspired cake and gained the confidence to continue practicing their piping beyond the classroom.
